A DAY IN THE LIFE:
The Sous Chef assists with food orders, production sheets and related material. The Sous Chef assists the executive chef in executing all catered and special event functions. The Sous Chef assists with staff scheduled and ensures that all call-offs are covered and logged. The Sous Chef will assist with temperature control logs, cooling logs, ROP, HACCP policies and procedures, follow the company policies and regulations.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
